We can moan about utd but.....

The mancs are set to win the league again because they have the best players. If we could spend €50,000,000 on individual players, as the wicked wizard of Salford has done 5 times, we would win every year! We have one player who cost over € 30,000,000, if he'd been fit all season it would have been different. Rafa buys cheap and mostly they're rubbish. At least old red nose knows a player! The mancs should stop comparing different eras. When we were winning, we regularly lost our best players to foreign leagues as they paid better. ferguson has never had that problem as the best players now come to the Premiership for the money. Apart from chelsea, utd have the most expensive squad in English football history. If I could buy the top players in the world, I'd win the Premiership!

Xabi suspended

Xabi Alonso is suspended for our game at home to Man. City.  Time for Jay Spearing. No Lucas at any cost!

Pathetic Fulham

Roy Hodgson, the Fulham manager, suurendered to man. utd  before a ball was kicked. He said his players needed a miracle, thus he provided them with a perfect excuse not to try. Their performance was dreadful. In horse racing there would be a Stewards Inquiry. Too many teams go to utd with this attitude, thus they can stroll through many matches. Football is the loser.  Hodgson, we will remember your spineless display when we come to Craven Cottage. No doubt you will tell your players to throw everything at us. You are a disgrace! We will hammer you!

Wenger concedes defeat

Arsene Wenger says man. utd are unstoppable. What he really means is that Arsenal are playing for fourth place. We don't think they're unstoppable, anything can happen in football.We may well be eight points behind before we play Man. City, but why give up? Liverpool must force utd to earn the right to equal our record. If we can push them hard, even if we finish second, we will be stronger next season.

Steven Gerrard fit for Madrid?

Stevie is apparently on course to face Real Madrid, having resumed training. Clearly a fit Gerrard will be a big boost for us, but if he doesn't make it, don't panic. We played at Juventus without him, Igor Biscan came in and played a rare, great game for us. Maybe Lucas will be the hero this time. Or maybe not!
